Mora is looking for public input on a proposed park in the city’s Fox Run neighborhood.
The city council unanimously voted to move forward with planning a nature playscape in the development at January’s meeting.
According to city activity and recreation coordinator Jeff Krie, a playground concept was approved in September of 2021, but Mora wasn’t able to secure enough funding for the project.
The nature playscape will feature natural materials and use already-available city resources.
Residents have until March 28 to complete the survey, which is available on the city of Mora website.
The results will be presented at future park board and city council meetings.
