State representative Dan Wolgamott has pleaded guilty in Kanabec County District Court to a fourth-degree DWI charge.
Wolgamott, a DFL representative from Saint Cloud, was booked at the Kanabec County Jail on July 7 after a traffic stop on Highway 23.
He was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
According to the incident report, Wolgamott’s vehicle was involved in a complaint of an individual drinking in the parking lot of the North Country Bottle Shop in Mora.
Law enforcement reported his blood alcohol content was 0.09 percent.
Wolgamott will face a $400 fine and a 45-day jail term stayed for two years.
